One of the products to be produced is this type of barbecue net. In our factory, there are two types of barbecue nets made of stainless steel materials: rectangular mesh pieces and barbecue clips. The dimensions of rectangular mesh are 25 * 50cm and 25 * 60cm, with 3.5mm thick edge wires selected. The mesh is also woven by the embossed mesh machine and the wire diameter selected is 1.0mm thick.

Due to the common use of these two standard mesh sheets, the inventory is also high. If other scales are required, they are generally customizable. The 15 * 20cm mesh made a few days ago can also be produced. Another type of standard is the mesh clamp, which is more common. Generally, the rectangular mesh mentioned above is used to directly weld two handles and two buckles.

There is also a welding process for selecting mesh wires. The mesh holes are square and overlap welded with horizontal and vertical wires, and the process for the frame and handle is basically the same. Another thing is that the mesh is made of rectangular mesh holes, as long as the vertical wires are arranged, and the two ends of the vertical wires are welded separately to the frame, which is also a type of mesh clamp. There are too many sizes and diameters of mesh clips, such as 4.0mm square edge wire and 2.0mm mesh wire. Various standards are basically available in stock and can also be customized according to customer requirements.
